  One of My Halloween Best Sellers Is Making A Comeback... Witching Hour has been one of my best sellers since I started selling wax publicly.  And I can see why!  It's super strong and makes me in the mood for Autumn and Halloween and all things spooky!!! I have been doing this blend for about six years now, and she's had a few designs over the years.  And well...has a few more for the Halloween 2024 too! Witching Hour will be featured in a giftset box with a cauldron tealight warmer, but this lil blog piece is talking about the wax melt art loaf that I created.  I really had no design in mind at all, and I kinda just went with it! The wax melt art loaf will be available for the Halloween 2024 release!   So, How Much Do I Love Halloween? Remember when I said I went overboard on Halloween this year?  Yeah well...I totally did and then on top of that madness, I decided to create a Texas Chainsaw Massacre Wax Melt Art Loaf!!! I know, I know!  I never learn!  But for real though, I'm pretty pumped about it.  I wanted to go super gory but also not because I didn't want to scare anybody away either, haha!   Plague Doctor Incense Burners Will Be Available in My Shop!!! I’m super excited about this little guy!!  I just love him.  I only bought a small amount of stock just to test them out because I am not sure really how well they will do.  If they sell quickly, I'll buy more. The purpose of this article is to show you how the Plague Doctor Incense Burner works!!!  You will need cone incense.  These are not made for incense sticks.   Vanessa Theodore | Prismatic Skies Update for August 5, 2024 Been super busy lately but I do have some updates for everyone!!!  I have been creating tirelessly for the releases coming out for Halloween 2024.  I will have some new blends coming out for the September 1, 2024 release of the Etsy shop, but a lot of my creations have been geared towards the Halloween release.   Vanessa Theodore Art & Prismatic Skies New Product Update June 14, 2024 Working on a Halloween 2024 product release ideas and one of the ideas that I came up with for the Halloween 2024 release is doing a lot of custom fragrance blends for wax melts, candles, resin decor, jewelry, art, etc. in honor of a lot of classic horror films, a lot of cult classics, and a lot of B-Horror (foreign and American) films. One of the new custom VMT fragrances that I just finished blending and pouring for is a new wax melt called, "  The Overlook Hotel ."  I am going to do a few custom fragrances in honor of the 1980 horror film, " The Shining ," starring Jack Nicholson , and directed by Stanley Kubrick , based off of the Stephen King   novel of the same name.   MAGPIE TREASURES CANDLE:  Lemon Scented Candle In Vintage Hobnail Milk Glass Candy Bowl w/Lid I have been making Magpie Treasures Candles since December 2020.  Magpie Treasures Candles are handmade candles that I have created in (typically) vintage, rare, hard-to-find (not always - and they're usually more expensive) glassware. The glassware are typically mugs, cups, bowls, compotes, candy bowls, and the like.  The candles are made from a soy and paraffin wax blend and the fragrances are of my own creation/custom blend fragrances. I do not remember where I got this beautiful piece from, I think I bought it at a Savers here in New Hampshire . I wasn't always the greatest at making candles , but through A LOT of trial and error over the years, I have definitely gotten waaaaaaay better and the pieces have become much more beautiful, along with the fun treasures inside the candle .
